Downtown San Jose is the nerve center of the City of San Jose, therefore it is the 3rd most populous city in California. It has a population of over 88,500, Downtown San Jose is the fourth most populous neighborhood in the city.

San Jose is the largest city and unofficial capital of Silicon Valley, Downtown is “Silicon Valley’s City Center”. Adobe Systems has their headquarters here, among numerous other businesses, both in the tech and non-tech sectors, have a major presence.
